“mother!” Selected For TIFF 2017!

The Toronto International Film Festival just announced it’s first wave of movies (special presentations and galas) and Darren Aronofsky’s anticipated movie “mother!” is part of their special presentations lineup. The screening will be a North America premiere, which seems to indicate that the movie will screen elsewhere – most likely during the Venice Film Festival – before heading to Toronto. The running time is also revealed as 115 minutes according to the official website. The 42nd Toronto International Film Festival runs from September 7 to 17, 2017. To see the full lineup, be sure to head over to the official website.

Jennifer Lawrence, Javier Bardem, Ed Harris, and Michelle Pfeiffer star in Darren Aronofsky’s highly anticipated psychological thriller about a couple threatened by the arrival of univited guests to their tranquil home.

The schedule will be released on August 22nd. Today was the first wave of titles so it’s possible other movies with Domhnall will get announced later on.
